Subscriptions and Premium

How Nattevakt Premium works

Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat is used to confirm the subscription status and unlock Premium features. Nattevakt does not receive your full payment-card details and cannot directly change or cancel a store subscription for you.

Deleting Nattevakt does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store account that made the purchase.

Apple App Store

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Nattevakt and choose the available cancellation or plan option.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access usually remains available until the end of the already-paid period. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility. See Apple's subscription instructions.

Google Play

When Nattevakt is available through Android testing or Google Play, subscriptions are managed with the Google account that made the purchase:

1. Open Google Play.
2. Open your profile, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.
3. Select Nattevakt and follow the cancellation instructions.

Restore Premium

If an active purchase is not recognized, sign in to the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase and choose the restore-purchases action in Nattevakt. Restoration asks the store and RevenueCat to verify existing entitlement; it does not create a Nattevakt account.

If restoration still fails, email [email protected] with your platform and a description of the problem. Do not email payment-card details.

Refunds and terms

Refund requests are decided by the store that processed the payment. For Apple purchases, use Report a Problem. For Google Play purchases, use Google's purchase and refund support.

Use of the iOS app remains subject to the Apple Standard EULA and Nattevakt's supplementary terms.
