To help us understand a technical problem, include your platform (iOS or Android), app version, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive location history.

Quick help

Location or nearby incidents do not work

Check that Nattevakt has location permission in system settings. The app can still show other content without continuous location access, but nearby and zone features may be limited.

Notifications do not arrive

Check notification permission, the selected zone and notification settings, and whether system battery or focus settings restrict the app. Reopening the app can refresh its push registration.

Premium is not recognized

Confirm that the device uses the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase, then use the restore-purchases action in Nattevakt. See the subscription guide for cancellation and restoration details.

Privacy requests

Nattevakt does not create user accounts or named user profiles. You can nevertheless ask about access to or deletion of identifiable server-side data, such as a push token record or a support message. Because there is no account identifier, we may need enough technical information to locate the relevant record.

Emergency and source information

Nattevakt is not an emergency service. Incident information can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. In an emergency, contact the appropriate Norwegian emergency service directly: 110 for fire, 112 for police, or 113 for medical emergencies.
